A total of over 42 years of working experience as a research scientist, teacher, educator in the fields of food technology, biotechnology, industrial microbiology, environmental biotechnology, genetic engineering, enzymology, plant biotechnology, food analysis & quality control etc. The experience also includes about 10 years of quality control management of a national food laboratory.
